Why do you need an L.O.A?
This Letter of Authorization needs to be a part of the paperwork when a client is transferring a phone line over to Next World Communications Inc. Without the L.O.A, we will not be able to continue processing the phone line transfer. Keep in mind the account manager must provide a copy of the customer’s most recent telephone bill showing the business name, address, and account number.
